Restaurant Frantzén
When Björn Frantzén built his new restaurant in Stockholm, it was a challenge insofar as ventilation was concerned. The dining areas are located around the kitchen where the food is prepared using, amongst other things, a charcoal grill. This proved to be quite a challenge for the ventilation consultant and Jeven’s project service..
Nonetheless, now that the kitchen is up and running, the air environment in the restaurant has shown itself to be a great success.
