The Jeven UV-Control unit monitors and controls UV-TurboSwing filters. Continuous monitoring of operating time and UV light sources ensures functionality of the UV purification process.

</bThe Jeven UV-Control system, controls the operation of UV-TurboSwing filters. The unit allows you to select manual operation, time-based control or an external signal from, for example, unit start and stop filters.

UV Purification Monitoring

The Jeven UV-Control unit continuously monitors the status of UV light sources. It calculates the operating time and alerts well in advance before the UV light source needs to be replaced. Should any light source fail, this will be indicated on the unit by means of a blinking lamp and a text message.

Communication with a parent control system

Operational status and alarms can be read on the unit’s display, but the Jeven UV-Control unit can also communicate with a parent control system.
The simplest way is by means of a buzzer, but it can also communicate via Profi Net and Modbus

JCE Cyclone Filter

JCE is a cyclone filter designed to separate grease from cooking areas in professional kitchens. The separation process is effected by sucking polluted air into a circular tube where a vortex is formed. Grease particles are thrown out towards the cylinder jacket and the purified air is extracted into the exhaust air duct. Thanks to its design, the filter is flame resistant. Since the airways in the filter are constantly free, the pressure drop is kept constant in a cyclone filter. The filter cells are easy to remove from the filter housing and can be washed in a regular dishwasher. The filter housing JCE is connected to has a circular connection to the exhaust air duct and is equipped with balancing damper and measuring socket. Cyclone filters are recommended in kitchens with a small load where the airflow is kept constant during cooking.

TRÅDNÄTSFILTER

Jeven trådnätsfilterhus JFA och JFV är filterhus avsedda för enkla kök. Avskiljningen sker genom att luften passerar ett filtermedia av stickad aluminiumtråd. Filterhusen finns för montage mot vägg, JFA, eller för montage centralt i kåpan, JFV. JFA finns i tre storlekar med ett till tre filterceller i varje. JFV finns även det i tre storlekar med två till sex filterceller i varje.

DISKKÅPOR

Jeven diskkåpor är avsedda för att föra bort fuktig luft och värme från diskmaskiner i diskrum. Diskkåporna finns med stos och galler eller med JPT kondensavskiljare. JPT kondensavskiljare är utvecklad för kåpor över diskmaskiner där det förekommer mycket vattenånga. Diskåporna finns både som tilluftskåpa JSDI och som frånluftskåpa JDI.

Wire mech filters

Jeven wire mesh filter housings JFA and JFV are designed to suit simple kitchens. Grease separation takes place by passing air through a knitted aluminium wire filter medium. The filter housings are available for wall-mounting, JFA, or for mounting centrally in the hood, JFV. JFA is available in three sizes with one to three filter cells in each. JFV is also available in three sizes with two to six filter cells in each.
