Modern technology for demanding grease reduction in professional kitchens. UV-TurboHoods are equipped with TurboSwing filters which use ozone-free UV light.
Purification using UV light reduces small particles by means of catalysis. Combined with TurboSwing filters, this purification method yields high separation rates for both small and large grease particles and is especially suitable for variable flows as the separation process is completely constant irrespective of flow.
The hood is supplied as standard with recessed LED lighting prepared for DALI control.
The lighting fixture is delivered with a cable for connection to a junction box.

The diffusion and flow of the supply air is readily adjustable, which makes possible a draught-free supply of fresh air.
Since supply air diffusers can be placed on all sides of the hood, air can be supplied to anywhere in the kitchen.
The number of supply air units is determined by the total flow to be supplied to the hood. The supply air diffusers are easy to disassemble for cleaning in a dishwasher.

UV Control – Control and monitoring unit
Programmable control system: The Jeven UV Control unit controls the operation of the UV-TurboSwing filter. The unit allows you to select manual operation, time-based control or an external signal from, for example, unit start and stop filters.
UV Purification Monitoring: The Jeven UV-Control unit continuously monitors the status of UV light sources. It calculates the operating time and alerts well in advance before the UV light source needs to be replaced. Should any light source fail, this will be indicated on the unit by means of a blinking lamp and a text message.
Communication with a parent control system: Operational status and alarms can be read on the unit’s display, but the Jeven UV-Control unit can also communicate with a parent control system.
Ansulex fire extinguishing system
Ansulex fire extinguishing systems have been specially developed for restaurant kitchens. The extinguisher liquid reacts with the hot grease, cools it down and effectively prevents re-ignition.

Jeven diskkåpor är avsedda för att föra bort fuktig luft och värme från diskmaskiner i diskrum. Diskkåporna finns med stos och galler eller med JPT kondensavskiljare. JPT kondensavskiljare är utvecklad för kåpor över diskmaskiner där det förekommer mycket vattenånga. Diskåporna finns både som tilluftskåpa JSDI och som frånluftskåpa JDI.
Kökskåpor
Jeven Cyklonkåpor är utrustade med cyklonfilter som är lämpliga i kök med lägre krav på rening. Ett cyklonfilter avskiljer fett genom att luften sugs in i en cirkulär kammare där det uppsåt en virvel. Fett och andra föroreningar slungas ut mot periferin och den renade luften strömmar upp mot imkanal. Underhållet är mycket enkelt då filtercellerna lätt plockas ner från filterhuset och rengörs i diskmaskin. Cyklonkåpor finns både som tilluftskåpa JSI, styrluftskåpa JVI och som frånluftskåpa JLI.
Kökskåpor
The Jeven Condensation Hood is a hood that has been specially developed for handling condensed water in processes where there is an excessive build-up of water vapour. It is especially suitable over cooking pots where the raked ceiling of the hood prevents the droplets that form from landing in the cooking. The condensed water is led through the roof into a gutter where it collects. For kitchens with heavy loads, it may be necessary to install a drain for the condensation in the gutter and thus avoid overflowing.
Kökskåpor
Jeven TurboHoods are equipped with the efficient TurboSwing® grease filter. TurboSwing® works by passing air through a rotating, perforated sheet where the grease particles are mechanically separated. TurboSwing®, thanks to its high separation rate, is very suitable in systems with heat exchangers. Thanks to the fact that separation is independent of the rate of flow, this filter works well in systems with customised air extraction. (VAV)
