Hoods are made on a project-by-project basis, according to the planned dimensions. Hoods length and width can be chosen freely. A and B dimensions shall be at least 300 mm.

All dimensions are in millimeters (mm).

Positioning

The size of the canopy is determined by the size of the kitchen equipment. For this type of equipment, the overhang should be at least 300 mm.

The overhang depends on the type of equipment and the distance between the hood and the equipment. Above the side-opening devices, it is recommended to use a minimum of 400 mm edge overhang. Above the doors of opening or similar devices, it is recommended to have a door-to-edge overhang.

The typical distance between the hood side and the floor is 2100-2200 mm.

Above the side-opening devices, it is recommended to use a minimum of 400 mm edge overhang. Above the doors of opening or similar devices, it is recommended to have a door-to-edge overhang. The recommended distance between the hood and the floor is 2100-2200 mm.
