Inno

Inno is a damper for mounting in circular ducts. The pressure drop is adjusted by varying the number of plugs in the damper.

The damper is made of elastic plastic foam and delivers both low noise output and high sound attenuation. Inno is therefore used both as dampers and silencers.
Inno is sold through ventilation wholesalers in Sweden.

FUNCTION

Inno is a damper for circular ducts. It consists entirely of soft elastic foam and has excellent sound attenuation properties. The damper includes a number of oval openings provided with removeable plugs. The pressure drop across the damper is regulated by varying the number of open holes. The special material and the design of the holes provide low noise output even at high pressure drops. Inno is equipped with measuring sockets for quick adjustment.

The dimensionally stable foam plastic has an open cellular structure and high density, which provides particularly good sound-absorbing capabilities. For this reason, the damper is also able to function as a simple silencer. Noise reduction can be further increased by placing several Inno units consecutively in the duct. Noise problems, such as cross-talk between rooms, can often be resolved with Inno.

INSTALLATION

Inno asennus

Inno is very easy to use with existing installations. Simply insert Inno into the duct opening from the room side. No tools are needed. The ductile damper will seal tightly against the duct wall. Inno is easy to clean with a vacuum cleaner.

Noise reduction can be further increased by placing several Inno units consecutively in the duct. Inno can be easily cleaned with a vacuum during duct cleaning.

INNO – 100 – RP

Inno-RP is mainly made from a flexible polyurethane foam.

Inno-ERE

INNO – 100 – ERE

Inno-ERE is mainly made from a polyester fiber. This material fulfills the SBI-test, pr EN 13823 B-class (B,s1,d0). Inno-ERE also contains small amounts of the flexible polyurethane foam. The material is flame resistant and conforms with FMVSS-302, the fabric flammability standard which is also used in e.g. automotive industry.
